QBypass is a device which is installed on a call centre telephone system and improves the productivity of the call centre. It does this by automatically handing some calls, like information pack requests, then emailing the request directly to the relevant department. It also handles peak in call traffic and spreads the load over a longer period. It does this by answering calls, capturing the callers spoken details, then emailing the recording to the call centre inbox.
